How do I lose weight in my lower half without looking like a total skeleton in my upper half?

But I’ve been on a diet to lose some extra pounds, and already have lost a ton, but my lower half is still so huge in comparison to my upper half. Are there any good exercises that will target my butt and thigh areas in particular?
