My question is about a few different levels. Please feel free to be dragging on because I really want to learn about it.
I lost weight over the last 2 months on diet alone. I lost about 12 pounds this way. I understand how it works – you can lose weight by reducing caloric intake and changing the type of foods you eat.
What I want to understand is how exercise makes you lose weight. Beginnning I agree on this – you burn calories with exercise. . . like if you eat 1400 calories a day and you burn 300 then your body thinks you've eaten 1100, right?
So how do all those calories come off old? Those three months that made me gain weight?
In the same vein, if I was that weight loss with diet (regular), and then I have a workout really good, when it will be reflected in my weight? I'm not saying I expect to lose all my weight from one workout, I try to simplify the issue.
